About the RAW Leadership journey
Leadership comes in multiple colors. It's about being able to inspire and grow. Self, people and the wider community where your organisation operates. The Raw leadership journey is multi-faceted, but has a natural focus on personal awareness, clarity of own priorities, and building authenticity. Learning outcomes are many, different, and individual. You will be moving into unchartered territory, leaving your comfort zone for a short period of time. Connecting and reconnecting with true nature and wilderness has the power of transforming us from within. To be immersed in nature generates reflections, perspectives, and understanding - for ourselves and others. On your stay, you will explore the deeper level questions behind the complexity of life and leadership and receive impactful tools inspiring you to keep on exploring as part of your everyday life. RAW Leadership Academy will provide you with the guidance you need to challenge and re-define your self-image.
Why should anyone be led by you? How do you make a difference, and for who? What path are you taking? Essential questions, not easy to answer, but worth searching for. At RAW Leadership Academy you will be on an intimate leadership journey into the woods of Southern Sweden. Guided by the facilitators you take a close look at your personal leadership track and challenge both personal as professional assumptions. You will be immersed in a nation and culture touched by leaders like Ingvar Kamprad and Raoul Wallenberg – be prepared to make room for the positive change necessary for creating a better tomorrow.

Pre on-line meeting
Day 1 is arrival day and an afternoon/evening activity
Day 2-3 are full day leadership practice
Day 4 has a morning activity until 11, departure day

Practical information
The fee includes accomodation, food and drinks, nature guides and leadership facilitators, all activities, some nature equipment, and study material. You should only bring personal stuff (a full recommended pack list will be provided)
Excluding is VAT and travels to and from the site. International flight destination is Copenhagen and train destination Höör in Sweden (1h 20 min from Copenhagen)
Physical Fitness
This is not a hiking trip nor an endurance test. The daily nature walks are not strenuous. Yet, the Swedish weather might be a challenge. We will spend most of our time outdoors, so bring rainproofed and warm clothes and comfortable walking shoes. Chances are great that you will be interacting with people from other countries so English is a must.
What to expect
RAW Leadership Academy and local partner, Nyrups naturhotell, have created a unique opportunity to live and connect with nature. It is an opportunity to return to the human mankind’s natural habitat and re-wild yourself and get inspired by the rhythm of nature. It is glamping. We sleep in shared mongolian tents with comfortable beds. We will be provided local high quality food that we cook together on open fire. The venue has no electricity so prepare yourself for a digital detox.
In an every shifting society, leadership styles vary greatly, each with its own strengths. One leadership approach that stands out is being raw, authentic, and unfiltered. Being true to oneself can be a powerful thing in inspiring and motivating yourself and people around you. On our journey together I will delve into what it means to be a raw leader and how this authenticity can drive positive change and foster strong connections within your self, a team and society. With many years in leading positions within global corporations such as IKEA, I have fostered an appriciated trust based relationship style. I have more than 15 years of experience in collaborating with leaders and Management Teams to sense their own tune."
